Same-Day Delivery — The Basics
PetAura offers same-day delivery across Doha for orders placed before 6PM. We deliver pet food, accessories, grooming products and everything else we stock — not just standard items.
Payment is on delivery. You can pay by cash, card or Fawran when the delivery arrives. No need to pay online in advance.

- Visit our store — Bin Omran, Doha. Open daily 8AM–10PM. Walk in, browse and buy.

Everything we stock is available for delivery — no restrictions on product type or size. This includes:

Delivery for Pet Houses & Furniture
Pet houses, aquariums and cat trees are ready-made and in stock, so they're delivered and installed by our team on the same same-day/next-day schedule as everything else we sell. WhatsApp us to check availability before you order.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will WhatsApp you with the estimated delivery time. You can also WhatsApp us anytime to check on your order status.
Returns and Exchanges
If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it. Contact us on WhatsApp at +974 7071 8220. For food products, we cannot accept returns once opened.
